	Masao Ito (NIL Software, Japan)

Masao Ito, a Japanese software developer and a researcher, and recently
established a new company, Nil Software Corp. to develop a Integrated
Process Support Environment (IPSE) tools, which also support a software
designer's thinking processes.

This is challenging because the designer's thinking process takes place
internally, and is not visible to a computer system.

He is interested in finding an innovative solution for software design
process and user interface design to deal with the issue using the
Zen-Buddhism approach.
